Lay-by Your Move

Moving house can be both costly and a hassle. At Downsizing With Ease, I understand this and so would like to make you an offer that could make your move much less stressful and more financially manageable.

How would you like to lay-by your move?

Moving house can be a huge cost, especially if it is something that was not planned, such as if your rental property has been sold unexpectedly and you are forced to leave.

To help to make your move a little easier, I am offering you, my valued customers, the option of having a lay-by system for your move.

Why not make it much easier on your cash flow? Once you know how long you have until your moving day and how much it will cost, you can work out how much you can manage to pay off each week.

You can either set up a direct deposit or go into the bank and deposit the funds directly into our lay by account. This can be for any amount you can manage each week.

This doesn't have to be any specified amount. You only have to pay what is comfortable for you because this is your move.

Your lay-by money will not be used for any investment or to make a profit. I will send you a receipt for each deposit. On removal day, the amount you have paid will be deducted from the total cost of your move.

If for any reason, your move has to be postponed, the funds will be re-deposited into your bank account within 48 hours.
